Yes, tequila and Sambuca were king, but Olga was queen. Our intrepid drunkards did their best to down shots and beers and shots of rum and Powerade. A daylong van ride to Montreal brought us to Ziggy's Pub, where Olga titillated the local brew boys before the hockey game (Montreal 1, NY Rangers, 0). The game's start was preceded by a tribute to the Canadiens' Boom Boom Geoffrion, who passed away that morning. His number 5 was retired that night. Steve and Jack nearly missed the festivities as they tracked down some local entertainment. The Big Elf morphed in the Schultz brain to The MIGHTY Elf. And a Mighty Elf was he, singing the blues as if he contained the soul and spirit of Louis Armstrong, swapping lyrics on the fly with Moe. The band continued playing until the ship nearly sank. And while Chaz's pants made their return, the Jimmy and Chaz Show brought forth new dangers: Uranus and Blasting Zone shorts. Horse-c**k kielbasa from Masson's Michigan (and well-appreciated Bradors) won the day over the rather limp Fairfield dong, but venison and buffalo stew were a hearty addition. And while the rain-soaked skiing sucked, it didn't dampen the spirits of the Soggy Bottom Boys. Even Lee picked up the bass. Jimmy played the Beatles Complete and Chaz played every song from the '60s and '70s until Lenny slammed us all on banjo the last night.
